Hired air&water mechanical to put in new A/C. Chris answered all our questions which we had about which would work best for us at the right price, who has been helping us for years already. Anthony and Richard came out right on time and installed the A/C, with no problems in a timely manner, who also answered all our questions. Couple days later Chris and his assistant came back to make sure A/C was working properly along with explaining all the warranties. So glad to have found this company after a lot of shopping around. I have a home addition / remodel project starting soon. I needed to get things lined up in advance for a multitude of reasons, mainly due to supply chain issues and the fact that so many companies are busy these days. That said, I was ghosted by four other companies before being contacted by Air & Water Mechanical. I explained to them up front that I was setting things up in advance and that my project was starting in a few weeks. They had no problem giving me an estimate and understanding my situation. They have been friendly, prompt and professional handling my project so far. Other companies wouldn't even return calls after I told them up front what was going on. I’ve used Air and Water Mechanical at the many hotel properties I help manage in the past and have always had an amazing experience. This past week, in 115 degree weather my home AC unit quit working. Chris came out and was very kind, fixed the issue within a 40 minute time frame and had my AC blowing cold before he left. I have two Trane AC units, and have had them both replaced by Air and Water Mechanical within the past few years and they did a great job on the install. They were well priced and both installs were flawless. I’ve also used them for annual check ups, and the few service issues I’ve had they’ve come through every time. I’ve dealt with several different service techs and they all been very good, professional and friendly. I’ve had Jake several times and he’s been outstanding.
